Oven Baked Salmon Fillet - Recipe
Enjoy an easy and yummy recipe for a healthy salmon fillet. Oven baked with spices, some white wine and few drops of oil, this dish will result in a light meal with a full and distinctive flavor.

Cooking Directions:
Before starting grease with one tablespoon of oil a large baking pan.
Lay the salmon fillets in the baking pan and drizzle the fish with a dressing sauce made with 1 tablespoon of oil and lemon juice from half lemon.
Pour some white wine on top and around the fish. The wine will maintain the fish moisten while contributing to the great flavor of this recipe.
Season the salmon fillets with salt, ground white pepper corns, celery seeds and some ground allspice to taste.
Place the salmon fillets in the oven pre-heated at 400F and bake for 25 minutes or until the center of the fillet is fully cooked. The salmon is done if it flakes easily, just use a fork to test it on the thickest part.
When the fillets are ready, remove from the oven and cut them in pieces. Carefully lay the salmon on a tray over a bed of lemon slices. Serve immediately with a side of vegetables, toasts or polenta.
Tips:
To garnish, cut raw zucchini julienne style, and place them on top of the salmon fillets. Alternatively, use chives, cilantro or celery according to your preferences.
